SMS Terms & Conditions
SMS opt-in is collected when an individual provides a mobile phone number and affirmatively consents by selecting the dedicated SMS opt-in checkbox on our Contact form. The SMS opt-in checkbox is optional and is not selected by default. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving legal services.
Law Office of Megan E. Burke, LLC sends SMS messages only to individuals who have expressly opted in. Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment reminders, case-related communications, and service-related updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.
If you wish to rejoin the SMS program after opting out, you may complete the original opt-in process again.
